Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your items have been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Please note: We do not ship to certain parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Drapers Tools Shop. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Unused and undamaged

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Flower & Vegetable Seeds (due to agricultural regulations)
  • Flowers & Plants (perishable nature)
  • Garden Composters & Incinerators (hygiene reasons)
  • Grow Houses (hygiene reasons)
  • Any used gardening tools or equipment

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

The timing of the refund appearing in your account will depend on your payment provider’s policies:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
