We offer two shipping options:

  • Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch, free for orders over £50

Please note that we do not ship to certain parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.
